The LT CNCLK40 is an automatic busbar loading machine that feeds a punching and shearing line without manual handling. It is designed to work with the HQ400 and HQ600 series machines, at a standard processing width of 30 to 160 mm that can be customised. Stocking compartments hold up to 42 bars of a single width.

Width coverage and stock — Standard processing width is 30 to 160 mm, customisable on request. Compartment count is 6 for 30, 50, 60, 80 and 100 mm bars, 7 for 40 mm bars and 42 for 125 mm bars.
Line compatibility — The loader integrates with the HQ400 and HQ600 series CNC punching and shearing machines, so busbar reaches punching and cutting directly from stock instead of being loaded by hand, which removes the material waste caused by manual loading errors.
Control components — The control cabinet uses a Beckhoff PLC and two Rexroth servo motors. The layout combines a sorting and unpacking area, a manual stacking zone, inventory storage and a direct feed zone, with space reserved for downstream bending and arc machining.
