The LT HQ400-1200B is a CNC busbar bending machine with 400 kN of force and a 1200 mm back gauge. It bends flat sections up to 15 × 200 mm and vertical sections up to 12 × 120 mm, holding ±0.3 degree angular accuracy and ±0.15 mm gauge accuracy. The closed frame on double linear rails limits deflection in continuous production.

Bending capacity — On 200 mm wide copper busbar the HQ400-1200B bends flat sections up to 15 × 200 mm and vertical sections up to 12 × 120 mm. Its back gauge covers 1200 mm; the HQ400-2000B, at the same 400 kN, extends this to 2000 mm, 67 percent more usable bending length.
Accuracy — Gauge accuracy is ±0.15 mm and angular accuracy ±0.3 degrees, identical on both gauge lengths (1200 mm and 2000 mm), which keeps bending batches repeatable for switchboard fabrication.
Mechanical comparison basis — The machine is fully servo driven and runs on double precision linear guides with a ground ball screw. Weight rises from 3100 kg at a 1200 mm gauge to 3300 kg at 2000 mm, with the same 7.5 kW main motor and 200 mm spindle travel.
