The LT LJMC-303E-3-S and LJMC-503E-3-S are fully automatic 3-in-1 busbar machines built on 4 servo axes. The 303E-3-S delivers 300 kN for 12 mm × 160 mm busbar; the 503E-3-S delivers 500 kN for 16 mm × 200 mm. Servo positioning removes marking out, holding block gauge accuracy at 0.2 mm and bending repeatability at ±0.5 degree.

Servo axes and strokes — Both models use 4 servo axes. The punching Y-axis stroke is 150 mm on the 303E-3-S and 200 mm on the 503E-3-S; punching X-axis stroke is 500 mm on both, cutting X-axis stroke 1000 mm and bending X-axis stroke 500 mm.
Capacity and installed power — Nominal force is 300 kN for 12 mm × 160 mm busbar on the 303E-3-S and 500 kN for 16 mm × 200 mm on the 503E-3-S, with installed power of 3 × 4 kW and 3 × 5.5 kW respectively.
Automation effect — Servo positioning removes the need to mark out a proofing board: coordinates are entered directly, continuous punching and mixed hole diameters are supported, and the bending system calculates the developed length of the busbar automatically. Block gauge accuracy is 0.2 mm, bending precision ±1 degree and repeat bending precision ±0.5 degree.

This machine is has three processing units of punching, cutting and bending. And it is designed with three independent hydraulic systems, so the punching, shearing, and bending unit can work simultaneously.
The machine realizes the automatic positioning of the three units, through the cooperates with each other of servo motor, PLC and touch screen.
Main Characters:
(1) The cutting length is automatically controlled by servo motor, the incision interface is flat, no waste, burrs and droop.
(2) No need to mark a proofing board for punching. Servo motor automatically locates punching coordinates. It supports continuous punching and punching with different apertures, and supports coordinate input and common template selection, which is convenient and efficient.
(3) The bending system automatically calculates the unrolling length of the copper busbar. High-precision screw guides control the bending length. The system has a variety of built-in bending processing templates; supports multi-segment and multi-angle continuous bending processing.
