The LT 303U-3-C is a three-function CNC busbar processing machine rated 300 kN, working copper busbar up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide. It uses double-column shearing dies, an integral six-station punching turret that keeps upper and lower dies concentric, and a closed bending structure for repeat positioning in mass production. Three 4 kW stations, 1320 kg.

Working units — The shearing unit uses double-column shearing dies for a flat cut. The punching unit is an integral six-station turret that keeps upper and lower dies concentric, and the bending unit uses a closed structure that improves repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
Capacity — Nominal force is 300 kN. Punching covers Ø4.3-25 mm, shearing and horizontal bending work 12 mm × 160 mm, and vertical bending accepts 10 × 100 mm.
Precision and footprint — Bending precision is ±1 degree with repeat bending precision of ±0.5 degree. Installed power is 3 × 4 kW, the machine weighs 1320 kg and the shipping case measures 1800 × 1300 × 1450 mm.

1. The shearing/cutting unit adopts double column shearing dies.
2. The punching unit is an integral six-mode turnplate, which ensure the upper and lower molds are absolutely in the center.
3. The bending unit adopts a closed bending structure, which makes it more uniform during processing horizontal bending and embossing, and improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
4. Different molds or tools can be installed according to user requirements to complete special shape processing.
