The LT 503U-3-C is a CNC 3-in-1 busbar processing machine for copper and aluminium up to 16 mm thick and 200 mm wide. Its punching, shearing and bending units are adjusted independently, which shortens changeover time between batches. Processing capacity — The 503U-3-C accepts copper and aluminium busbar up to 16 mm thick and 200 mm wide across all three units: punching, shearing and bending.
Three-unit architecture — Each working unit is adjusted separately, so a batch change does not require dismantling the neighbouring station. Dies are replaced with the standard tooling supplied with the machine.
Operation and support — Online support is available around the clock, and most issues are resolved by video guidance or remote assistance without a long workshop stoppage.
