HQ600-SP CNC Busbar Punching Shearing Line

System scope — The HQ600-SP is delivered as a CNC punching and shearing line. Combined with the CNC bending machine of the same series it forms a punch-shear-bend workflow for busbar fabrication, so busbar sections move between stations without re-clamping.

Configuration options — The line is available with 7 or 8 in-line punching stations and one shearing station; an embossing station can be added. Final capacity figures are confirmed with the quotation for the selected busbar section.

Positioning and control basis — Over 6 controlled axes the HQ600 series positions the X axis at up to 75 m/min with a 2000 mm fast travel, the Y axis at 960 mm and the Z axis at 310 mm, holding a positioning error of 0.10 mm per 500 mm and a punching accuracy of 0.2 mm on 15 x 200 mm busbar. Running 7 or 8 punching stations with the shear gives 120 to 150 strokes per minute, against 100 strokes per minute on the HQ400-S 7P/8P series.
