The LT 300/500/800 U-3-C series covers CNC busbar punching, shearing and bending from 12 mm × 150 mm up to 20 mm × 250 mm. Nominal force scales from 300 kN on the 303U-3-C through 500 kN on the 503U-3-C to 800 kN on the 803U-3-C. All three hold ±1 degree bending accuracy for transformer and switchgear busbar work.

Capacity across the series — The 303U-3-C works 12 mm × 150 mm, the 503U-3-C 16 mm × 200 mm and the 803U-3-C 20 mm × 250 mm. The punching range widens from Ø4.3-25 mm to Ø4.3-30 mm and then to Ø4.3-34 mm.
Force and installed power — Nominal force is 300 kN, 500 kN and 800 kN respectively. Installed power rises from 3 × 4 kW on the 303U-3-C to 3 × 5.5 kW on the two larger models.
Precision held constant — Bending precision stays at ±1 degree and repeat bending precision at ±0.5 degree across the series, while the first worktable grows from 1750 × 1250 mm to 1920 × 1385 mm.
Machine size and mass — Overall dimensions grow from 1780 × 1400 × 1300 mm (1400 kg) on the 303U-3-C to 1950 × 1560 × 1450 mm (2100 kg) on the 803U-3-C.
Product Description
This series of CNC busbar processing machine has three processing units: punching, shearing/cutting and bending. The three unit can be used simultaneously or sequentially, which shortens the processing time and improves production efficiency. The bending unit adopts Siemens PLC of Germany.
