The LT CNCMN-200A is a CNC machine for milling corner arcs on copper and aluminium busbar from 4 to 16 mm thick, 30 to 200 mm wide and 150 to 6000 mm long. It uses BT40 tool holders for quick, rigid tool changes and forms the entry point of the LT busbar chamfering range.
BMC HQ160-M CNC Copper busbar milling machineProductCNC Copper Aluminum Busbar M
Work range — The machine mills corner arcs on busbar 4 to 16 mm thick, 30 to 200 mm wide and 150 to 6000 mm long, covering the sections used in low-voltage switchgear and busduct assemblies.
Tool holding — BT40 tool holders are used for rapid tool changes with high rigidity, which keeps arc geometry consistent across a production run.
Spindle and axis data — The spindle runs at 6000 r/min with 3.7 kW through a BT40 holder, and axis positioning accuracy is 0.08 mm in X and Y and 0.05 mm in Z. Travels are 525 mm in X, 500 mm in Y and 130 mm in Z, with an axis speed of 15 m/min and 12 kW of total installed power; the finished machine measures 2260 x 1580 x 2100 mm.
Product :
CNC Busbar Milling Machine
Serial:CNCMN-200A
Main Function:
The main function of the busbar arc machining center is to mill comers (arcs) on the ends of copper
and aluminum busbars.
Main Feature:
It is mainly used for milling comner arcs on busbars with a thickness of 4-16mm, width of 30-200mm, and length of 150-6000mm.
It features a gantry-style structure, simple design, smooth operation, and good structural rigidity.
It is equipped with a six-position inline tool changer, automatically adjusting tool changes based on busbar width.
It features an automatic work hour counter that cannot be reset, along with a production counter that can be reset.
The machine uses BT40 tool holders for easy tool change, high rigidity, and precision.
A two-axis CNC system is used, offering simple operation and easy maintenance.
It supports simulated operation and manual online programming.
