The LT CNCDMN-200A is a CNC double-head busbar milling machine for corner-arc machining on copper and aluminium busbar. It mills busbar 4 to 16 mm thick and 30 to 200 mm wide under computer control with a dual-gantry spindle, and no manual intervention is needed during processing. A 10.4-inch LCD shows machine status in real time.

Work range — The machine mills corner angles and radii on copper and aluminium busbar 4 to 16 mm thick and 30 to 200 mm wide. With the dual-gantry spindle processing method the two heads work on the part without manual intervention, which is what gives the fast processing speed and high precision claimed for the unit.
Control system — Corner milling is controlled by an 11-axis CNC, with the electrical control managed by a 5-axis CNC system and a 10.4-inch LCD showing live machine status. Functions include part-number storage, a workload counter, data communication, processing simulation and online manual programming.
Line integration — The unit is designed mainly for production lines and can also run as a standalone machine; the conveyors at both ends align with upstream and downstream equipment so the milling station joins a fully automated line.
