The LT horizontal bending mould range covers the dies and mould parts fitted to busbar machines for horizontal, or flat-face, bending. Horizontal bending moulds work sections up to 150 x 15 mm and are machined from hardened 45# steel, in the holder format used by LT and most other busbar processing machines.

Horizontal bending range — The horizontal bending moulds work busbar up to 150 mm wide and 15 mm thick, formed from hardened 45# steel. That is the same 150 x 15 mm envelope the 3-in-1 busbar machines use for horizontal bending, so the die drops into the standard holder without modification.
Machine compatibility — Moulds are designed to industry standards and fit most CNC and manual busbar processing machines; special profiles are manufactured to customer drawings or specified dimensions when a standard die will not do.
Materials across the range — Tooling is supplied in Cr12MoV or SKD11 for punching and in hardened 45# steel for horizontal bending, which is what holds the cut clean and burr-free across the working life of the die.
