The LT flat curved mould is the flat-bending die for busbar processing machines. It forms bends across the wide face of copper and aluminium busbar, covering widths of 150, 200 and 250 mm and thicknesses of 12, 15 and 20 mm, with a bending-angle precision of 0.3 degrees.

Specification — Mould material Cr12MoV or SKD11 hardened to HRC 58-62; flat bending covers maximum widths of 150, 200 and 250 mm and maximum thicknesses of 12, 15 and 20 mm, with a bending-angle precision of 0.3 degrees.
Flat bending versus vertical bending — Flat bending is formed across the wide face of the busbar and vertical bending across the edge. The flat mould is the one selected when the finished part has to stay within the plane of the busbar, which is the common case in switchgear busbar routing.
Manufacturing basis — Moulds are produced in-house by mould-machine engineers and more than 50 workshop specialists, under ISO and CE certification, and the range carries patents on mould technology and mould appearance.
