The LT HQ2000-S is a CNC busbar sawing machine that uses a 400 mm high-speed disc blade running at 2800 r/min, cutting copper busbar from 30 × 3 mm up to 200 × 15 mm. The X axis travels 2000 mm at up to 50 m/min with automatic reclamping, so long busbars are cut without manual intervention. The machine footprint is 3300 × 1300 mm.

Cutting head — A 400 mm disc blade running at 2800 r/min gives a high cutting speed, with a cut face of high perpendicularity and no collapsed edge.
Work range and positioning — The machine cuts busbar from 30 × 3 mm to 200 × 15 mm, with a minimum plate length of 30 mm. The X axis has a 2000 mm stroke and a maximum positioning speed of 50 m/min.
Automation — Long busbars are clamped once: the machine switches clamps automatically during cutting without manual intervention. Parameters are set on a touch-screen HMI, and the axes run on a high-precision ball screw with linear guides.
