Cutting capacity and cut quality — Working copper and aluminium busbar up to 210 mm wide and 10 mm thick, the single-blade shear produces a flat notch face with no burr, so the cut part goes straight to bending or assembly without a secondary deburring pass.

Z-bend forming unit — The Z-bending unit is a CNC unit fed back by a straight-line displacement sensor, and works the same 210 mm width, 10 mm thickness and 3200 mm length envelope as the shear. Because the control adjusts from the measured value, bend height is corrected part by part instead of being set by a fixed mechanical stop.

Layout and integration — Both units sit on one 9600 x 700 x 1400 mm bed, so a busbar section is cut and Z-bent inside a single machine rather than being transferred between two machines. The maximum tensile height is 30 mm.
