The LT HX160-260 is a roller-type copper busbar levelling and bending machine built to run in line with a busbar processing machine. It levels and bends copper busbar up to 160 x 12 mm at 3 kW or 260 x 12 mm at 5.5 kW. A curvature-compensation technique reduces workpiece slip, and the maker reports energy use more than halved against conventional roller levellers.

Two size classes — The 160 x 12 mm configuration uses a 3 kW motor on a 1580 x 800 x 1300 mm frame; the 260 x 12 mm configuration uses 5.5 kW on a 1700 x 1000 x 1300 mm frame - 62.5 percent more flat-interface width for 83 percent more motor power, on the same 12 mm maximum busbar thickness.
Curvature compensation — Against a traditional roller-type leveller, the curvature-compensation technique improves the workpiece-slippage effect and distributes stress more evenly through the section. The maker reports energy use more than halved while service life is extended.
Line integration — The unit is dimensioned to work alongside a busbar processing machine, so levelling and bending are carried out inside the same production flow instead of as separate offline operations.
