The LT XT-200 is a semi-automatic portable hydraulic busbar machine for cutting, punching and bending copper and aluminium busbar. It is built for on-site work in high- and low-voltage switch cabinets and power transmission assemblies where a floor-standing machine cannot be brought in. Hydraulic drive keeps the unit compact and light while delivering high thrust.

Function range — One unit performs cutting, punching of round and oblong holes, and bending; the operator selects the matching die for the operation. Against carrying separate shear, punch and bender tools to site, the three operations are completed with one hydraulic head.
Output and work range — Output force is 30 tonnes for busbar up to 200 mm wide and 12 mm thick in copper or aluminium, and the unit weighs 25 kg. That combination is what allows a single operator to carry it to the cabinet and work the busbar in place instead of bringing the busbar to a fixed machine.
Drive principle — Hydraulic control gives a compact, light unit with high thrust and high efficiency, which suits the confined space inside an assembled switch cabinet where a three-phase, floor-standing machine has no access.
