The LT SXC30-550 is a hydraulic press for sheet-metal punching and half-shearing rated at 300 kN. It presses a maximum diameter of 60 mm through sheet up to 6 mm thick with a 550 mm throat depth, the shorter-reach version of the SXC30-750. PLC control and a high-flow gear pump give up to 12 steps per minute.

Punching capacity — Nominal pressure 300 kN, maximum processing diameter 60 mm, maximum processing thickness 6 mm, throat depth 550 mm. Against the SXC30-750 the force, diameter and thickness are identical and only the throat depth changes - 550 mm against 750 mm.
Cycle rate and control — The high-flow gear pump reaches 12 steps per minute, and PLC control with a digital axis system allows manual positioning of the workpiece; the press can be stopped during unmanned operation.
Frame — Steel-plate welded bed with stress-annealing after welding, which keeps the rack from deforming after long-term punching use.
