The LT SXC30-750 is a hydraulic press for sheet-metal punching and half-shearing. It applies 300 kN through a maximum processing diameter of 60 mm on sheet up to 6 mm thick, with a 750 mm throat depth for reaching into deep profiles. A high-flow gear pump drives up to 12 steps per minute under PLC control.

Punching capacity and throat depth — Nominal pressure 300 kN, maximum processing diameter 60 mm and maximum processing thickness 6 mm; throat depth is 750 mm against 550 mm on the SXC30-550, 36 percent more reach at the same 300 kN, 60 mm and 6 mm ratings.
Cycle rate — The high-flow gear pump reaches a step speed of 12 times per minute, and the machine can be stopped during unmanned operation without affecting the set-up.
Frame and control — The bed is welded from steel plate and stress-annealed after welding so the frame does not deform after long-term use. PLC control with a digital axis system allows manual positioning of the workpiece.
