The LT vertical bending mould is the edge-bending die for busbar machines, forming 90-degree and custom bends across the thickness of the busbar. It covers maximum busbar widths of 100, 120 and 150 mm and thicknesses of 10, 12 and 15 mm, in Cr12MoV or SKD11 hardened by vacuum heat treatment.

Specification — Mould material Cr12MoV or SKD11 alloy, vacuum heat treated; maximum busbar thickness 10, 12 and 15 mm and maximum busbar width 100, 120 and 150 mm, for a precise bending angle of 90 degrees and custom angles.
Vertical bending versus flat bending — Vertical bending is formed across the busbar edge rather than its wide face, so the finished bend stands out of the busbar plane. That is the geometry normally called for when routing busbar inside a switch cabinet or busduct run.
Manufacturing basis — Produced in the same ISO- and CE-certified mould shop, which holds patents on mould technology and appearance and runs more than 50 specialists in the production plant.
