The LT embossing die range forms knurled, marked and logo patterns on busbar by press embossing. Dies are cut from Cr12MoV or SKD11 and hardened to HRC 58-62, and they fit the bending and punching units of 3-in-1 busbar machines. Working material covers copper, aluminium and mild steel.

Machine fit — The dies are dimensioned for the bending and punching units of 3-in-1 busbar machines, so they mount in the existing holder instead of requiring a dedicated embossing press.
Manufacturing basis — Produced in an ISO- and CE-certified mould shop that also holds patents on mould technology and appearance, with more than 50 specialists in the workshop.
