The LT flat curved sample is a reference piece showing the flat-bending result a busbar machine produces with the correct flat mould fitted. It demonstrates bends on copper and aluminium busbar at widths of 150, 200 and 250 mm and thicknesses of 12, 15 and 20 mm, with the bend angle repeatable to 0.3 degrees.

Bending capability shown — As a reference sample it demonstrates a maximum bending width of 150, 200 and 250 mm, a maximum thickness of 12, 15 and 20 mm, a maximum bending angle of 120 degrees and a repeat precision of 0.3 degrees.
Materials — Samples are produced in electrolytic copper, aluminium and mild steel, the same three materials the flat mould is specified for.
Purpose — The sample lets a buyer verify bend geometry and surface finish on a physical part before specifying tooling, instead of judging the result from a drawing alone.
