Geometry shown — Vertical bending is formed across the busbar edge, so the finished part stands out of the busbar plane; the vertical mould covers maximum widths of 100, 120 and 150 mm and thicknesses of 10, 12 and 15 mm at 90 degrees and at custom angles.

Mould basis — The samples are produced with Cr12MoV or SKD11 moulds hardened by vacuum heat treatment, which is what holds the 90-degree angle consistent over a production run.

Use — The samples let a workshop confirm edge-bend geometry and clearance before ordering tooling for a specific busbar routing.
